not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from

Step 3: Make Payment
Please make payment within 24 hours upon email confirmation
of your order.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, your order will
be cancelled.
Step 4: Shipping of Order
Your package will be mailed out via Singpost (according to
your chosen postage option) within 3 days upon receipt of
payment.

Payment Method
Payment to be made by bank funds transfer (via Internet Banking
or ATMs), within 24 hours upon email confirmation of your order.
Upon receipt of payment, your order will be mailed out within

Postage Options
Complimentary Normal Postage via Singpost at no additional cost.
OR
Postage by Registered Mail will cost
an additional SGD$3.00.
This service will ensure that the delivery status of your
item is tracked, and that SingPost will only release your
package upon your acknowledgement of receipt. This option
is recommended to ensure that you will securely receive your
package.
Delivery time by Singpost usually takes 2-3 working days.

Cancellation of Orders
You may be edit/cancel your order by notifying me via
email. However, once payment has been made, any request
to edit/cancel your order will not be entertained.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Singpost, according to your
chosen postage option. Your order is carefully wrapped
in bubblewrap to protect it from damage. I cannot be
held responsible or liable in the event that orders
that are lost or damaged during postage.
Refunds, Returns &
Exchanges
All sales, once completed, are non-refundable.
In the event that your order reaches you damaged, please
contact me via email within 2 days of receiving your
package and an exchange can be arranged. The original
item must be returned unused. Should your item be out
of stock, you can exchange it for another item of the
same or higher value and top up any difference in price.
